Registration Information


All Registration will be on and will be accepted on a space available basis.  Divisions will be capped as space is limited for ALL divisions.

   All Masters & Grass division registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis, space is limited, don't wait!

Grass Registration

Deadlines include:

  • Cancellation Fee $25 within 30 days of event, $50 15 days of event, & no refund within 10 days of event.
  • LATE FEE per Team: An extra $20 per team starts Sunday June 13th, 5pm, space permitting.

   Vail Doubles Open division forms will be accepted on the following priority system extended until May 18th, 2021, after that deadline any remaining spots will be filled on a 1st come 1st serve basis.  Teams will be accepted based on either of their players 2019 finishes in any of the following events: Beach Bash, Steamboat Doubles, Snowmass Doubles, Breckenridge Doubles, Oasis Classic, Fraser Valley Doubles or the 2019/20 CO Winter Beach Series final standings.  1st tier will be 3rd place or higher, 2nd tier will be 4th-9th finish, 3rd tier will be 10th-15th place & 4th tier is 1st come 1st serve.  AVP points will be used to seed this tournament. We will reserve and keep open 2-4 Wild Card entries per gender for improved competition. If your team does not make the 32 team division you will receive a full refund.

  Vail Doubles registrations will be available online at     

   Vail Grass Doubles Registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis.  Registrations without payment will not be accepted.  Vail Doubles pools are comprised of six (6) teams on two, or three nets; divisions are filled in multiples of six (6) and capped at multiples of six (6) or per Tournament Director's discretion.
